Macrophage Markers

Lymph node resident macrophages can be broadly grouped into subcapsular sinus macrophages and medullary macrophages.  These populations express unique marker combinations seen in this collection of peripheral mouse lymph nodes sections. Dextran was injected subcutaneously prior to harvest.
